At Matsuya Ginza (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), a special exhibition "The World of Moomin Picture Books: From the Original by Tove Jansson to the Creation of a New Picture Book" will be held. It will be held from November 30th to December 7th.


In this exhibition, the picture books left by Tove Jansson will be explained in detail with panels and special videos, and about 80 original drawings by the certified authors Carla and his wife, who will draw new picture books, will be exhibited for the first time in Japan. He will introduce the production process while comparing it with Tove's work.




At the venue, more than 300 types of Moomin items such as exhibition limited goods will be on sale.
