From Kikkoman's soy sauce product "Always Fresh Series", "Disney Design Bottle" is now available. It is on sale in limited quantities from April 17th.

The "Always Fresh Series" is a soy sauce product that uses a sealed bottle that prevents oxidation. The Disney Design Bottle released has a 200ml (6.76us fl oz) product with a large Disney character printed on it. The 330ml (11.16us fl oz) product is printed with Mickey Mouse in a costume that matches the color of each container.

The features and suggested retail prices of each product developed as a Disney design bottle are as follows.

"Always freshly squeezed raw salty sauce" (Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse)
Freshly squeezed raw soy sauce that has not been fired (heat sterilized). It is characterized by its bright, clear color, rich umami and sweetness, and a mild aroma.

"Always fresh, rich, low-salt soy sauce" (Chip and Dale)
Compared to normal Koikuchi soy sauce (salt content 17.5%), salt-reduced soy sauce with 40% less salt. It has a strong salty soy sauce flavor and a rich taste with mellow sweetness and umami.

"Always fresh and freshly squeezed light soy sauce" (Winnie the Pooh and Piglet)
"Light soy sauce" that has been fermented and aged at low temperature and has not been heat-treated. It features a lighter color than the usual "light soy sauce" and a mild aroma that enhances the taste of the dashi stock and ingredients. Compared to normal thin salty soy sauce (salt content 19.1%), the salt content is cut by 20%, so the salty taste is soft and mellow.

"Always fresh salted whole soy sauce raw soy sauce" (Donald Duck and Daisy)
A low-salt type raw soy sauce made from freshly squeezed whole soybean raw soy sauce with a low salt content. Compared to normal salty soy sauce (salt content 17.5%), the salt content is cut by 25%. It has a mellow, sweet and umami taste, and although it is low in salt, it does not feel unsatisfactory.

Raw soy sauce prepared using domestic soybeans, wheat (all from Hokkaido), and salt (from Ako, Hyogo Prefecture). Compared to normal salty soy sauce (salt content 17.5%), the salt content is cut by 20%. It has a soft salty taste and a mild sweetness derived from the ingredients.

"Always fresh and luxurious raw soy sauce" (Mickey Mouse)
A super-special class of raw soy sauce that is prepared using raw soy sauce instead of salt water. Since it is prepared by the re-preparation method, it uses more soybeans and wheat than normal salty soy sauce, and it takes time and effort to make it. Although the salty taste is soft, it has a rich umami, deep richness, and mellow taste.

The soy sauce is made from carefully selected production areas such as bonito bonito from Makurazaki, tuna from Yakitsu, and kelp from Hokkaido. With no chemical seasoning added, it is elegant and mellow, and the original taste spreads.
