In winter, I can't let go of the high-top sneakers that wrap around my ankles. However, the other day I hurt my back, and when I put it on and take it off, I had a hard time bending over and tying the string.


So I took in the "stretching shoelaces" sold at the 100-yen shop "Ceria". I tried it with half confidence and it was too comfortable, so I will introduce the usability and how to choose the length!

Stretchable shoelaces are available in 3 sizes: 90 cm, 100 cm, and 120 cm. The shoelaces of Converse's high-top sneakers I want to replace this time are about 150 cm, so I bought 120 cm and 100 cm for the time being.


Since the whole is made of rubber, it stretches well when pulled.


・ Is 120cm the best for Converse high cut?


The size of the foot is as large as 25 cm. When I passed the 120cm shoelace while pulling it lightly, I got the impression that the second hole from the top, which was always tied, was barely visible. On the other hand, 100 cm is the third limit from the top (although it is still a little short ...).

Now, what about the essential "stretching" element? When you put it on, just hold your heel and pull it up, and your feet will slip in easily!


It's time to take it off, but I always thought it would get dirty, so I pressed my heel with one foot and took it off (do you want to do it?), And when I tried it in the same way, I took it off easily with it tied. Of course, it is smooth even if you hold the bottom with your hand and take it off.

Personally, keeping the string tied reduces the chance of trampling on the untied string and getting it dirty. Not limited to high-tops, if you don't like tying shoelaces, why not change it?
