Roca is a puff pastry biscuit that uses plenty of cheese 30%. It is characterized by its crispy, light texture and rich cheese flavor that spreads with the mouthfeel. The price is 375 yen (tax included) with 70g (2.47oz).


I got two flavors this time. "Gouda Cheese Crisp" using 30% of Dutch specialty aged Gouda cheese, and "Cheddar Cheese Crisp" using 30% of cheddar cheese aged for 12 months.


The Gouda cheese crisp has a mild Gouda cheese flavor, and the cheddar cheese crisp has a slightly sour and rich cheddar cheese flavor, and the individuality of each cheese can be felt firmly.
