I like it if I like it or not. But I usually forget about it. It's very attractive to see on the izakaya menu. But I think it's been a long time since I last ate it. Isn't the distance from "grilled rice balls" like this?
As the name suggests, it's a simple dish that just bake rice balls. However, when I made it with the "Aizu Tenpo Yaki Onigiri Miso" I found in KALDI this time, I enjoyed the exquisite food at the feast level. I will introduce it below.
Aizu Tenpo Grilled Rice Ball Miso
Price: 237 yen (tax included)A product of Aizu Tenpo, a traditional miso maker that has been around since the early Meiji era. It is finished with rice miso, sugar, onion extract, perilla, and chili pepper. Of course, you can put it on rice or dip vegetables as it is, as well as grilled rice balls.
Follow the recipe on the label and try grilled rice balls.
First, the rice balls are grilled or unglazed on an oven toaster.
Once the surface is dry, take it out, apply miso and bake it again. This time, I baked it in a toaster for 5 minutes, and after applying miso, I baked it for about 3 minutes.
The outside is fragrant and crispy, and the inside is chewy. A grilled rice ball with a contrasting texture and a sweet and rich miso flavor is completed. Among the hot ones, the flavor stands out and is more delicious.
The point is the effort of unglazed. If you suddenly apply miso and bake it, that part will not be crispy and you will not be able to enjoy the real thrill of grilled rice balls.
Excellent grilled rice balls that can be easily made. Please use it as a snack or meal.
