A sweets buffet expressing the world of Alphonse Mucha will be held at "Cerries" in Conrad Tokyo (Minato-ku, Tokyo). Limited time offer from July 13th to September 8th.

Bunkamura A sweets buffet in collaboration with the exhibition "Mucha Mucha to Manga-The Magic of Lines" to be held from July 13th to September 29th at The Museum (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo). Delicate and gorgeous sweets and savories inspired by Mucha's graceful and fantastic works will be prepared.


Examples of sweets are "Charlotte au Fruy" with plenty of seasonal fruits on vanilla mousse, "Eclair of strawberry" with a beautiful cross section of strawberry, and dark chocolate ganache sandwiched between bright green pistachio sponge. In addition to colorful sweets such as "Opera Pistachio" and "Orange Sanguine Jelly" with layers of orange and blood orange, Eclair, Canele, Macaron, Madeleine, Financier, etc., which are typical French sweets.




Examples of savory are "Chicken Showfloor" finished in turmeric and glossy yellow, "Vichyssoise" decorated with consomme jelly and edible flowers (edible flowers), red beetroot tart with dried fruits and nuts. "Dried fruit cheese tart" squeezed with cream cheese, "Nice-style salad pie" with tuna and potatoes on pie dough and decorated with olives and dried tomatoes.
