The ingredients for Fuyaki Senbei are 100% domestically produced glutinous rice. It is said that it was manufactured by hand-baking by craftsmen using only "Shin Taisho Mochi" from Hokuriku. The back is covered with sugar, and you can enjoy a slight sweetness.
