A box useful for cooking fish fillets and pickled Saikyo in the microwave. The "heat-generating sheet" on the bottom quickly warms up to a high temperature, so it heats up firmly in a short time. Since the box completely wraps the fish, there is no need to worry about polluting the inside of the refrigerator during heating.

I used it to bake Saikyo pickles. There was a part that was burnt because it was still in a state with plenty of sauce, but the whole was fluffy and evenly cooked. It's not as fragrant as when using the grill, but the point is that there is no need to wash it. A box that has been used once can be used again.
