American food "chili con carne" is easy ♪ Challenge the cooking kit found in KALDI


You can easily make traditional South American food "chili con carne"! Introducing the cooking kits I found in KALDI.


Chili con carne is a spicy simmered dish that combines minced meat, tomatoes, and kidney beans. It is so popular that it is designated as a "state dish" in Texas, USA.

This product is a set of red kidney beans, seasoning spices, soup stock, and parsley. You can make chili con carne by adding minced meat, onions and tomatoes. The price is 321 yen (tax included).


I actually tried a simple kit that just fries and simmers in one pot!

Things to prepare (for 3 people)

1 set of this product Minced meat (beef or gobiki) 100g (3.53oz)
1/2 chopped onion, 1 cut tomato or 1/2 canned tomato
200 ml of water
1/2 tablespoon of salad oil

Main materials

procedure

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onions until tender.


Add minced meat and fry until the color changes.


Add seasoning spices, mix, add tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.



Add water, beans and soup stock and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes until thickened.



Add parsley, mix and turn off the heat.


Completion of chili con carne that matches the sweetness of vegetables, the taste of meat, and the texture of melting beans! The spicy and spicy aftertaste is irresistible.



As it is, it can be used as a side dish or snack, or as a salad topping. Wrap it in tortillas or add tortilla chips to create an atmosphere. It looks good on the party menu!
