・ Two kinds of beans and coconut chae 399 yen A chae with fruit puree layered on a sauce that combines coconut sugar and coconut milk. The toppings are red beans and chickpeas, dried fruits, nata de coco, tapioca, etc.
A good balance between the smooth, rich and sweet chae and the simple taste of beans. Purees such as mango and passion fruit add a touch of freshness, and the brilliant sweetness of dried cranberries is an accent. Excellent eating quality!
