"Herbarium (plant specimen)" is popular for decorating plants beautifully. It's often seen in gift shops, but it's hard to choose if it doesn't suit the taste of the other person or the image of the room.
Then, how about
"edible herbarium"? This time, we will introduce a new sense of "Fruit Herbarium" found at "Ange web shop".
Fruit herbarium is made by soaking freeze-dried fruits in Italian sunflower oil. A variety of fruits such as berries, grapes, figs, and pineapples delivered from home and abroad are processed in Fukui prefecture, and the colorfully packed bottles can be used as they are to make a picture.

The biggest point of this product is that you can eat the fruits inside within the expiration date (one year from the date of manufacture). The author chose a rainbow filled with 6 kinds of fruits from 5 kinds of "Mangekyou", "Berry", "Southern wind", "Rainbow" and "Eden" and actually tried it.
It's a waste, but I'll try it!
I thought it had a compote-like texture, but unexpectedly it had a crispy and light texture. The sweet and sour taste of grapes and the bittersweetness of kumquat are revived vividly with moisture in the mouth. You can eat it as it is as a snack, or you can enjoy the harmony by topping it on yogurt, ice cream, salad, etc.
Looks juicy, but freeze-dried texture I personally recommend grapes
