I found a strange tanned coffee at KALDI Coffee Farm. Introducing "Mentaiko Name Mushroom" and "Scallop Name Mushroom".

Mentaiko licked mushrooms


Tanned with enoki mushrooms and mentaiko from Nagano prefecture. It is a kimchi-like seasoning that can be said to be a maverick among tanned children. However, the base has a Japanese dashi flavor, so it's not just licked! Not so much. It feels like "this is the end of the lick".


Spicy, sweet and delicious. I think you can combine it with cheese or mayonnaise, or put it in an omelet.


Scallop mushroom


A combination of scallops from Hokkaido and tanned enoki mushrooms from Nagano prefecture. The appearance is sober, but the taste is rich. You can enjoy the chewy texture of scallops, which is different from tanned scallops, and the delicious taste of fish and shellfish.


I think the seasoning itself is standard, so it is suitable for those who want to upgrade their usual tanning. Mix with oil and use as a pasta sauce.
