Good at preserving meat and vegetables! Freezer bag with three coins food preservation recipe

You will become good at preserving ingredients while using it! I found a freezer bag designed for freezing and refrigerating meat and vegetables at Three Coins.

I introduced a freezer bag with a time-saving recipe before, but this time I designed a more basic storage method. There are two types of stockers, "meat stocker" and "vegetable stocker", each with 6 patterns x 4 pieces, totaling 24 pieces, and the price is 300 yen (excluding tax).

In each case, the bag is a large size of 235 x 250 mm. This is convenient when you want to save a lot.

There are 6 designs of meat stocker: sausage, minced meat, ham, chicken, beef, and pork. The frozen storage method of each ingredient is explained on the left side of the surface, and the refrigerated storage method is explained on the right side with illustrations.

For example, minced meat. When it's left over, it's easy to roll it up, wrap it in plastic wrap, and throw it in the freezer, but according to the meat stocker, it's stored frozen.

1. Put it thinly and flatly in the meat stocker

2. Make a line in an amount that is easy to use, such as with chopsticks

3. To the freezer

By making streaks with chopsticks, it is easier to thaw as much as you want while putting them together. By flattening, the freezing and thawing speed is also increased! It's a bit of a hassle, but I'm thinking about using it. It is also convenient to work while looking at the bag without checking with a smartphone or book.

On the other hand, the vegetable stocker has 6 designs: peppers, onions, bean sprouts, carrots, radishes, and cabbage. As with the meat stocker, the method of freezing and refrigerating is written.

For example, bell peppers bought in large quantities at a bargain sale. When storing frozen, which can be used little by little,

1. Cut the peppers in half vertically

2. Remove seeds

Take it with your finger or spoon

3. Put it in a vegetable stocker so that it does not overlap, and put it in the refrigerator.

The point is to cut it in half and fasten it where you take the seeds. If you cut it into small pieces, its use will be limited. If it is cut in half, it can be used for cooking that makes the most of its shape, such as stuffed peppers. The small cross-sectional area makes it difficult to dry!

Preservation method that suits each

It also describes how to thaw it so that it will be delicious when stored frozen, so it is convenient when asking your family to thaw it when you are away from home. If you want to start cooking yourself, it seems that you can get it together with the recipe book!
