The freezer pack of the 300-yen shop "3COINS" is a zipper bag for food that was jointly developed by Osaka Shoin Women's University and Chokasu. 9 pieces of M size (20 x 18.5 cm) and 15 pieces of L size (23.5 x 25 cm) are included, and the price is 300 yen (excluding tax).


Each bag is full of letters and illustrations! In fact, recipes are designed using ingredients that tend to be left in the refrigerator, such as this bag, chicken, pork, and cucumber.



All of them are mainly time-saving recipes that can be made by putting ingredients and seasonings in a freezer pack and immersing them in or pickling them. For the time being, I had an idea of making side dishes that would be easy to reuse if they were prepared.





When I actually made several types, all of them have a timeless seasoning suitable for daily menus and are perfect for both rice and beer. There is also a separate sheet that summarizes all 13 recipes, so even after all the recipes are used up, the recipes will remain and you will feel like you have gained.



Since the freezer pack is a product that is only intended for freezing and thawing, cooking in a microwave oven is NG. All recipes are written for one person, so it is also recommended for those who live alone to improve their self-catering skills!
