Preventing troublesome burning of pots--"Curry stew pot" and "tabletop pot" that are easy to maintain with "smooth" material

"Curry stew pot" and "tabletop pot" are now available from Doshisha's "evercook" series. It has been on sale since early September.

evercook is a kitchen brand with the concept of "I want to cook ever". So far, products such as frying pans and one-handed pans have been developed.

The two products released this time pay attention to the fact that the ingredients tend to stick to the bottom of the pot when making stewed dishes. Similar to evercook's frying pan products, the surface of aluminum is coated with anodized alumite (oxide film), and fluororesin is double coated on it. As a result, the fluororesin coating film is less likely to come off, and it remains difficult to stick. It is easy to maintain.

In addition to the slippery "smooth" pot skin, the "curry stew pot" and "tabletop pot" feature a wide frontage that does not easily spill over and a lid that is easy to stand up. How about using it in the coming season when you often make stewed dishes and hot pot dishes? The approximate size (including lid and handle) is 328 mm in diameter and 165 mm in height for the "curry stew pot". The tabletop pot has a diameter of 372 mm and a height of 148 mm. The manufacturer's suggested retail price (excluding tax) is 5,980 yen each.
