■ Hokuhoku Roasted Sweet Potato Plate
A gas fire-only device developed with the concept of being able to cook like a frying pan. The center of the sweet potato is designed to be 70 degrees and the ambient temperature is 120 degrees, and it is heated slowly. It evaporates moderately and can be finished into a roasted sweet potato with a high sugar content. There are 2 holes on the plate, and you can cook 2 at the same time.



The approximate size is W260 x D350 x H70mm, and the weight is 1,470g (16.58oz). An original recipe supervised by cooking researcher Motoko Sakaguchi is included.

■ Gyukyutto Hot Sand Plate
A special instrument for gas fires that can make extra-thick hot sandwiches of about 6 cm. By sandwiching vegetables, eggs, fruits, etc., you can make a voluminous hot sandwich. There are 2 holes on the plate, and you can cook 2 at the same time.




The approximate size is W260 x D350 x H60mm, and the weight is 1,350g (12.35oz). An original recipe supervised by cooking researcher Motoko Sakaguchi is included.
