■ Hokuhoku Roasted Sweet Potato Plate A gas fire-only device developed with the concept of being able to cook like a frying pan. The center of the sweet potato is designed to be 70 degrees and the ambient temperature is 120 degrees, and it is heated slowly. It evaporates moderately and can be finished into a roasted sweet potato with a high sugar content. There are 2 holes on the plate, and you can cook 2 at the same time.
