This OtoO service introduces stores nationwide that offer made-to-order pillows with measurement/counseling services and their pillows, and directs customers to real stores.

The newly added "Makarabo" currently has six stores, mainly in shopping centers in the Kanto area, and is so popular that there is a one-month waiting list for a made-to-order pillow. The store's made-to-order pillows are characterized by the fact that customers can choose from 10 different types of "filling materials," the largest number in the industry, and each of the eight pockets can be filled with a different type of filling material. The customer can adjust the comfort of the pillow to his or her liking while receiving counseling from an advisor. The Japanese-made pillow itself is said to be constructed with a three-dimensionally molded honeycomb quilt that ensures air passage and prevents head steaming.
