A new design for fall / winter 2020 has been added to the "Fukufuku Lip" series of lip balms in amulet bags at Isshindo Honpo. Four patterns have been added, "Happiness Bird Green," "Cat Light Pink," "Kitsune Light Pink," and "Bichon Frize Dark Pink," with cute animal motifs. The price is 1,100 yen (tax included).

Fukufuku Lip

The amulet bag is woven with "Fujiyama weave", which is said to have started more than 1,000 years ago in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, which is the base of Mt. Fuji, and is sewn by hand by skilled craftsmen one by one. Deep and vivid colors are reproduced using a technique called "yarn dyeing" that uses the spring water of Mt. Fuji to dye. It also features a gentle luster and a smooth feel due to the delicate weaving technique.

Lip balm is a refreshing scent of yuzu that has been popular with Japanese people for a long time as a scent that dispels evil spirits. Extracts extracted from 12 kinds of carefully selected Japanese flowers give the lips a fresh moisturizing effect. With a soft texture that stretches well, it is popular for its melting feel.
