Introducing "Migi-Hidari Stickers" found at the 100 yen store Daiso. These stickers are designed for children who easily mistake the left and right sides of their shoes.
100 Equivalent Right and Left stickers
Daiso "Migi/Hidari Stickers" are circular stickers with cute illustrations and the word "left" or "right" on them. They are cut in the center and can be attached to the inside of the left shoe and the right shoe, respectively. By aligning the shoes so that the illustrations match, children can avoid the common mistake of putting on the shoes on the wrong side. When I tried it on my 3-year-old's shoes, the adhesive did not peel off immediately, and the adhesiveness was reassuring. On the other hand, children's shoes get dirty easily and need to be washed frequently, so I felt that it would be difficult to continue applying it for a long period of time. Since there are 4 sheets in a bag, I can think of it as just a simple matter of replacing the adhesive.
The price (tax included) for "right and left stickers" is 110 yen per bag. Why not use them to help children put on and take off their shoes smoothly, or as a point of reference to make their belongings easier to recognize?
