Launch New Products Exclusively for City Center St

ores To celebrate the 4th anniversary of IKEA Harajuku, IKEA Japan will sell new products exclusively for city center stores.

Launch of new products

IKEA Japan will sell freezer bags and S-size bags with a pop design of a map around each store as a new design to replace the soft toy pattern of ISTAD/e-stard freezer bags, which have been sold exclusively at each store. As a result, the soft toy pattern freezer bags will no longer be available while supplies last.

Commitment to Design

For this year's products, we aimed to create a unique and new design that symbolizes the area of each city center store. Using a map as the axis of the design, we illustrated the symbolic locations of each area. The location of the IKEA store is indicated by the Swedish symbol, the Dalarna Horse. This adds a playful touch to the design.

Affordable products

The new freezer bags and S-size bags are popular IKEA products. They come in pink (Harajuku), purple (Shibuya), and green (Shinjuku), making them affordable and enjoyable for a wider audience. They feature a design that can be enjoyed as a single item or connected together.
