Happy Elephant, a 100% non-petroleum-based detergent series containing natural cleaning ingredients, has launched a "bath detergent" and a "toilet detergent.


The two new products are 100% plant-based detergents made with "Sofololipid," a natural cleaning ingredient produced by the fermentation of natural yeast, and plant-based cleaning ingredients derived from coconut palms. The detergent contains no petroleum-based synthetic surfactants, colorants, or synthetic fragrances, and wastewater from use is quickly decomposed into water and carbon dioxide by microorganisms.

Both products come in 500 ml packages and are priced at 600 yen (tax not included). The bath detergent contains natural essential oil of grapefruit, and the toilet detergent contains natural essential oil of spearmint to make cleaning time more refreshing.
