The product is a piece of built-in furniture that incorporates a Panasonic vegetable garden system into a sideboard manufactured by Sumitomo Forestry Crest. The enclosed vegetable garden system is designed to minimize failures during the growing stage, allowing approximately 30 types of vegetables and herbs, including lettuce, mizuna, parsley, and basil, to be grown according to the residents' preferences.

In addition to ventilation and air circulation functions essential for vegetable cultivation, the cabinet incorporates the latest technologies such as LED lighting, hydroponic cultivation using liquid fertilizer, automatic temperature and humidity control using sensors, and IT management through network connections. The company is currently applying for a patent for this original furniture.

The sideboard measures 1,688 mm (W) x 510 mm (D) x 1,050 mm (H) and is priced at 798,000 yen (excluding tax). The company is proposing this product to customers who are considering "Sumitomo Forestry Homes" throughout Japan, excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa.
