From DOSHISHA's "minish" series of short- and easy-cooking goods, an electric vegetable slicer, "Kururu Vegi Slicer," will be released in early December. The price is open to the public.


This product is a slicer that allows users to enjoy two different ways of slicing vegetables: julienne slices, which can be enjoyed as "vegetable noodles," and thin slices that are connected with the "Kururu Kururu" disc by changing the attached disc.


Vegetables that can be used are solid ones such as daikon, carrots, cucumbers, and turnips. The disc and vegetables cut into 8 cm or smaller pieces are placed in the cup, and the unit is pressed from above while pressing the switch to slice.


The main unit measures W160 x H195 x D123 mm, and can be disassembled and washed except for the motor. 7 recipes are included.
