The "mamaRoo 3.0," an electric bouncer that can be remotely controlled via smartphone, will be available from early March from the American baby goods brand "4moms. The product is intended for infants from newborns until they are sitting up (weighing approximately 11 kg).


This product is a hammock-type electric bouncer that sways up, down, left, right, and center with five motions. The company has measured the actual movements of parents as they care for their babies, and with the cooperation of experts and doctors, has reproduced the realistic movements.



The bouncer is equipped with Bluetooth and can be remotely controlled by a smartphone using the 4moms app. This is said to be useful for babies who cry when they see their mothers' faces, as it allows them to be with their babies without showing their faces, right before they fall asleep.

In addition to the four built-in nature sounds of "womb, rain, waves, and fan," the main unit can also be connected to a music player to play music of your choice.

The lineup consists of two types, "Classic" and "Plush," which can be selected according to the feel of the sheet. Both sizes measure H84 x W50 x D65 cm and weigh approximately 7.8 kg. 40,000 yen for the Classic and 43,000 yen for the Plush (both excluding tax). A soft toy and MP3 player connection cable are included.
