Puppy, which sells hand-knitted yarns, will start selling an "Animal Parent and Child Amigurumi Kit" in April in collaboration with Miho Yata, a.k.a. "Knitting Meter.

Yata Miho is a popular creator of animations using knitting. The collaboration kit allows users to make a cute amigurumi designed by Yata Miho using basic key needle knitting techniques.

The kit lineup includes two types of kits: "Leafy Animal Amigurumi Kit" and "Cotton Kona Animal Amigurumi Kit.

The kit knitted with Leafy, a Japanese paper material with a gradation-dyed texture, is filled with padding (padding sold separately). The kit includes a bear, an old man, a turtle, a penguin, and a dolphin, and is priced at 1,800 yen each, including two balls of leafy cotton and a knitting instruction set.

On the other hand, the kit for knitting with "Cotton Kona," which is made from Indian cotton yarn, is a pinch type that wraps around a clothespin and can be used like a paper clip. The set includes two balls of cotton kona, a knitting pattern, and two pairs of clothespins, priced at 1,800 yen each.
