A small thing, but one that may make it more comfortable, the "Eco-Pon" bottle for detergent is sold by the mail-order brand Belle Maison.

The Eco-Pon is a push bottle that you fill with dishwashing detergent and push from the top with a sponge to release the appropriate amount of detergent. The top of the bottle has a plate-like surface so that it can be pushed stably with one hand, which saves detergent.
It can also be used for skin care by filling it with lotion and pressing it with a cotton ball.
Could be good for wipe cleansing.
The approximate size is W64 x D64 x H172 mm, with a capacity of approximately 300 ml, and is available in two clean-looking print patterns that would look great on a sink or in a washroom. The price is 1,825 yen (tax included, same as below).
