The event "Nekosen Asakusa " sponsored by photographer Kenta Igarashi will finally start tomorrow (July 16th). Masayuki Oki, a cat photographer known for "Busyan," will appear in this "Cat Sen Asakusa" and will hold a mini-panel exhibition.


At the mini-panel exhibition, about 30 photographs of cats taken by Mr. Oki since the release of the photo book "Busyan" will be exhibited. Since the size is mainly A3, you can fully enjoy the cat in a large size.


In addition, at this event, there will be a spot sale of the photo panels that have been used to decorate Mr. Oki's photo exhibition. Since it is a work exhibited in the past, it is said that it will be sold at a cheap price of 2,500 yen per piece. This may be a good opportunity for anyone who wants to decorate a cat's photo panel, much like a painting in the living room.


There is also a plan to transfer protected cats at "Cat Sen", so some people may come for that purpose. However, some people may not be able to keep cats for various reasons. Such a person may choose one (?) From the pictures of "outside cats (stray cats, local cats, some domestic cats)" taken by Mr. Oki and take them home.

Mr. Oki said about this project, "I want you to enjoy it with the feeling that you should stop by a second-hand record store and choose one of your favorite jackets from a lot of records."


During the event, Mr. Oki will (basically) stay at the venue and sell postcards. You can also purchase "Busyan" signed by Mr. Oki.
