Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair 2016

West Japan's largest manga and anime trade fair "Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair 2016 (Kyoto Mafu)" will be held for two days on September 17th and 18th. The venues are three facilities in Kyoto City, including "Miyako Messe (Kyoto Messe Exhibition Center)".

This year, the fifth year, 68 companies and organizations, including publishers, animation production companies, and educational institutions, will participate, which is the largest ever. As of September 14, the total number of exhibited works is 50.

In addition, there are many projects that can be enjoyed by a wide range of age groups, such as the original picture exhibition of "Hozuki's Coolheadedness" to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the serialization, a new cosplay booth (a separate registration fee is required), a character cafe, and a stamp rally of "Ojarumaru". At the "Kyo Mafu Shop" in cooperation with the anime specialty store "Animate", popular works such as "Osomatsu-san", "Touken Ranbu", and "Nintama Rantaro" are collaborated with Kyoto companies to sell limited and pre-sale goods, general sales goods, etc. About 350 items will be sold.

Miyakomesse: General 1,200 yen * Elementary school students and younger (accompanied by a guardian required), foreign nationals (passport or residence card required), manga business trip editorial department (for aspiring manga artists) area is free. Advance tickets (1,200 yen each day) are on sale until September 16th at Lawson Tickets, Ticket Pia, etc. Same-day tickets are limited.

Kyoto International Manga Museum: Adults 800 yen, junior high and high school students 300 yen, elementary school students 100 yen (payment at the museum entrance on the day)
