Two home-use yogurt makers will be released by Iris Ohyama on October 31st.
There are two models in the lineup: "Yogurt Maker" with preset cooking temperature and time, and "Yogurt Maker Premium" that can be adjusted freely. In both cases, you can use commercially available packed milk (500ml (16.91us fl oz) / 1,000ml (0us fl oz)) as it is, so you can make yogurt hygienically.
With Yogurt Maker Premium, the temperature and time can be finely set in the range of 25 to 65 degrees and 1 to 48 hours. In addition to yogurt that suits your taste, you can also cook fermented foods such as amazake, natto, and salted jiuqu. A recipe book is also included for the same model.
The size is W147 x D147 x H280mm, and the weight is 570g (20.11oz). The price is 4,980 yen for yogurt maker and 6,980 yen for yogurt maker premium (both tax excluded).
