A teacup and saucer set featuring the characters "Oscar" and "Andre" from the manga "The Rose of Versailles" is now available on Bandai's official shopping site "Premium Bandai". Reservations will be accepted from 13:00 today (December 22nd).


This product is a two-customer set of tea cups and saucers in collaboration with "The Rose of Versailles", which will celebrate its 45th anniversary in 2017, and "Noritake", a luxury ceramics maker. It is a design that expresses the "unfulfilled marriage" of Andre, who is a childhood friend of Oscar, a beautiful man dressed as a man, and her graduate.

The color of the cup is cream, which is the image of the "white rose" that symbolizes Oscar, and ultramarine, which is the image of Andre's military uniform. On the side, the sword that represents the coat of arms and the laurel wreath are designed with the initials "O" and "A" of the two names.



The words "La Rose de Versailles" are drawn in the center of the saucer, and the rose flowers gently snuggle up to celebrate the marriage of the two. The casual heart expresses the deep affection of the two.


The price is 21,600 yen (tax included). Acceptance will end as soon as the number of preparations is reached. Shipping is scheduled for the end of May 2017. In addition, it seems that the autograph of the original author, Riyoko Ikeda, will be presented by lottery from those who purchased at the same store.
