This is "Overseas Edition"
It has perforations at regular intervals, and when separated with scissors, it looks like a stamp. Of course, it can be pasted and peeled off, so it can be used for decoration of miscellaneous goods and notebooks, as an accent for sticky notes and letters, and can be used in the same way as ordinary masking tape. However, please be careful not to post it as it is not a stamp!
