Hundred yen store cookie mix powder review --Plain, cocoa, matcha, strawberry flavor Easy & crispy texture

Review the cookie mix powder sold at the 100-yen shop "Ceria". You can enjoy a wide variety of flavors.

Ceria cookie mix powder

There are four flavors sold at the store I went to: "plain," "cocoa," "matcha," and "strawberry." The raw materials are based on wheat flour + sugar, such as cocoa powder, matcha powder, and spices. The amount of cookies that can be made is "about 12 pieces with a diameter of 4 cm" or "about 15 pieces with a diameter of 4 cm".

This time I decided to make strawberry cookies and matcha cookies. Mix unsalted butter and milk prepared separately and add mixed powder. Flatten it, let it rest in the refrigerator, then remove it from the mold and bake it in the oven.

The strawberry cookie baked in a gentle pink color has a gorgeous scent. It has a crispy, light texture and a firm sweetness that makes you want to enjoy it with tea or coffee.

Matcha cookies have a slightly dull color, but when you put them in your mouth, the pleasant bitterness of matcha spreads. The sweetness is sharp and you will almost end up eating too much. An elegant cookie with green tea or roasted green tea.

A mixed powder of ceria that can make crispy cookies with little effort. It is also useful for making sweets for parents and children. Not only for home snacks, but also for hospitality and small gifts.
