Excellent when warmed! Portuguese egg tarts "Pastel de nata" are sold at Seijo Ishii

Perfect for a snack in the cooler months. Introducing the Portuguese egg tart "Pastel de nata" found at Seijo Ishii.

Pastel de nata is a tart confectionery made by squeezing custard into a round puff pastry. It's a so-called egg tart. It is said to have originated in Lisbon, Portugal.

Seijo Ishii's Pastel de nata is from Portugal. Six palm-sized items cost 799 yen (excluding tax).

The grilled eyes look delicious!

A tart with plenty of creamy and egg-flavored custard. You can eat it as it is, but I personally recommend re-baking it in a toaster for 2 to 3 minutes. The pie is crispy and lightly fragrant, and the custard is sweet and full of flavor.

While you can enjoy the flavors of eggs and wheat, the sweetness is also solid. Eating one will make you feel satisfied. Not only for everyday snacks, but also for home party desserts because of its large capacity. It seems that you can enjoy it even if you arrange it with fruit and jam toppings ♪
