The "Mocchiri Bagel Handmade Kit" is an original bagel kit that uses Hanamaruki's "Liquid Salt Koji". When liquid salt koji is added instead of salt with 5% or more of flour as a guide, the enzyme contained in the liquid salt koji works to "enhance the flavor and aroma" of bread and "improve the extensibility of the dough". It has effects such as "suppressing drying and hardening". This kit comes with one "Liquid Salt Koji 300ml (10.14us fl oz)" and is proposed as a standard seasoning for making bread.
