DADWAY to Host Nyoronyo

Fair DADWAY of Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, will hold a Nyoronyo-themed "Nyoronyo Fair" from May 24 to June 7, 2024. During this period, customers will receive a limited edition sticker when they purchase several baby items designed by Nyoronyo in stores and online.

Concept of the Fair

Nyoronyo is a mysterious character from the "Moomin" stories, who is said to grow out of the ground when a seed is sown on the eve of the summer solstice. We are planning a fun fair for the summer solstice with an assortment of goods based on this characteristic.

Details of the

fair The fair will be held at DADWAY stores (except Akachan Honpo IN SHOP) and online store, and you can get a sticker when you purchase eligible items designed with Gnoronyo. However, sale and outlet items are not eligible, and the stickers will end as soon as they are gone.

Pick-up items

Here are some items to look out for during the fair.

Soft Bowling

Priced at 5,940 yen including tax. This set includes five Gyoronjoro with different expressions and a ball with a bell. The gently textured Gyoronjoro can also be enjoyed as a plush toy. The set comes in a kraft paper box, making it an ideal gift.

The

baby mat

is priced at 4,950 yen including tax. This fluffy mat with padding in the shape of a gnoronyo makes a fun crinkling sound when touched. The spacious size allows it to be used as a mat for baby's photo shoot, and the gray backside is hard to show dirt.

Baby Backpack

Price: 4,400 yen including tax. This backpack is made of fluffy material and has an adjustable belt, so it can be used from ages 1 to 4 years old. It has an inside pocket for neatly storing small items.
