Ariale Living Dry Gel Ball, a gel ball-type detergent for "room-drying," will be released by P&G's Ariale laundry detergent brand in mid-March.


The gel ball detergent is a ball of detergent sealed in a special water-soluble film that contains enough gel detergent for one load of laundry. The product has been well received since its launch last year as a "third type of detergent" because it is easy to use and eliminates the hassle of measuring and refilling.


Ariale Living Dry Gel Balls, a new addition to the lineup, was developed in collaboration with the deodorant care brands Fabreeze and Lenore to solve the smell of fresh air and bacteria that is characteristic of room-drying. In addition to its reliable deodorizing and cleaning power, the product is said to provide a clean and fresh fragrance that makes room-drying more comfortable.

The product lineup consists of three types: Arielle Living Dry Gel Balls (18 balls/pack), Arielle Living Dry Gel Balls for Refills (18 balls/pack), and Arielle Living Dry Gel Balls for Extra Large (36 balls/pack). Prices are open to the public.
