Tokyo Nishikawa's cool bedding series "COOL TOUCH" is rolling out a series of new products for this summer.


According to the Japan Weather Association, temperatures this summer (June-August) are expected to be normal or higher in eastern Japan, and almost normal in northern and western Japan and Okinawa/Amami. In May, temperatures usually exceed 30 degrees Celsius on midsummer days, so it will be necessary to take measures against the heat as early as possible.

COOL TOUCH is a bedding series that can be added to existing bedding to support comfortable sleep even on nights when it is difficult to sleep. It has also been certified as official bedding for the "Toward Zero Heat Stroke" project promoted by the Japan Weather Association.

The new product released this time emphasizes "air permeability to prevent heat buildup," which is often requested by consumers. A wide variety of items are available, including functional materials such as "Cool Sensor EX," a contact-cooling material, and "Outlast," a temperature-regulating material, as well as anti-bacterial and deodorizing effects.
