The roof rental joint business plan is a system in which a power generation company concludes a roof lease contract with multiple owners, installs solar panels, and makes the power generated by each house collectively 10kw or more and purchases it from the power company. The ownership of the electricity belongs to the power generation company, and it is returned to the landlord in the form of "roof rent".


There is no initial cost or maintenance cost, and there is an advantage that even a house with less than 10kw can earn 20 years of electricity sales income. After the 20-year contract period ends, the solar power generation system will be transferred free of charge.
