The joint photo exhibition & product sales exhibition "Cat Holiday Exhibition" will be held sequentially from April 29th to May 8th in Sapporo, Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, and Osaka. A local tour that covers the Japanese archipelago during Golden Week with cat art.


The "Cat Holiday Exhibition" is a joint photo and merchandise exhibition where popular cat creators gather. The first meeting was held in the summer of 2015 and the second meeting was held in January 2016.

In this local tour, in addition to the exhibiting artists so far, there are also cat creators who will exhibit at each venue only. New works will also be exhibited, aiming for content that repeaters can enjoy.

From the exhibiting artists of "Cat Holiday Exhibition Winter 2016", Mr. matsumotoooooo, who is talked about in the pictures of "Nagomu" and "Kinako" who can not drink tap water well, and Mr. shironeko, who is popular for the mofumofu cat "Fu-chan" with a sloppy face. , Aoitori-san, who is popular for "Shimanekopon", will be exhibiting.

◆ Aoitori-san

Mr. Aoitori, who is known for his collection of works such as "Island Nekopon", plans to reconstruct and exhibit the works of the "Cat Holiday Exhibition" held twice in the past.

◆ Yuka Seki (Sapporo venue only)

Mr. Seki is active in producing photo books of popular cats appearing in commercials and movies, and photo books of cats in Asia, Japan, and Okinawa. In this exhibition, we will take pictures of idol cats who are active in TV, commercials, and movies! Drops that appeared in "Ama-chan" and "Yortamori", pumps of "If a cat disappears from the world", Noriko of "I can't even call a cat", Yuzu, tickets, cinnamon, ponzu, etc. We will exhibit photos of cats that everyone has seen at least once. Above all, the wedding photos of Drops and Ponzu are a must-see.

◆ Mai Yamamoto (Kashiwa venue only)

Mai Yamamoto, who is popular for her work focusing on the buttocks of the protected cat Koto who lives with her. In this exhibition, in addition to daily life with cats, the popular Koto dust works will be exhibited.

◆ Catgrapher Satoshi Maeda (Kashiwa venue only)

Satoshi Maeda, a cat grapher, exhibited an unpublished work of Toru-kun's kitten era, which is a hot topic in the photo book "Reng to Toru" published in March. In addition, the works of future star cat candidates selected by Mr. Maeda will be exhibited.
