Hello to all "Yotsubato!" Fans. The writer has jumped out of my house in the morning and came to Tachikawa.


The purpose of this time is the cafe "KIT BOX KOTOBUKIYA CAFE & DINER" which is attached to the hobby shop "Kotobukiya Tachikawa Main Store" which opened in May. Currently, a collaboration cafe with the character "Danbo" that appears in the popular comic "Yotsubato!" By Kiyohiko Azuma is being held here.


As soon as you enter the store, you will be greeted by a large figure of Danbo and "Yotsuba".


The bright and spacious store has about 60 seats such as counters and sofas, and not only the tables but also everywhere in the store is jacked by Danbo. On the blackboard on the wall, there is also a hand-drawn illustration by the author, Azuma-san ...!



There are 7 types of Danbo collaboration menus offered this time (there are also regular menus). The author ordered "Sekai Ichi Umai! To-chan's Curry" (1,080 yen) and "Danbo Soda" (800 yen) (both tax excluded).

While you're waiting, you can watch the time-lapse movie "Le Danboard" being shown in the store and read "Yotsubato!". By the way, I really like the times when the broken duralumin is healed.

The two major To-chan menus are combined!

Curry was brought in when I was immersed in the world view like that. The curry that Yotsuba-chan describes as "Sekaiichi" comes with a salad.


Fried egg and sausage on top of the curry filled with ingredients ... Yes, this is a special menu that collaborated with To-chan's "sausage bowl". You can eat it with curry, or leave the rice and make it like a sausage bowl. The spicy and spicy curry has a nostalgic and homely taste, and if it comes out at home, you might think it's "Sekaiichi".

Too shocking "Danbo soda"

Danbo soda, on the other hand, is a drink with fluffy and cute Danbo cotton candy. If you like, sprinkle some soda on it ...




Danbo melts and disappears into the glass. When I drank it while being attacked by an indescribable feeling of guilt, it was very delicious with a refreshingly sweet apple taste.

In addition, at the Kotobukiya Tachikawa main store next door, a wide variety of "Yotsubato!" Goods are being developed. Furthermore, "DANBOARD Modeling Festival 2016" is being held on the 3rd floor until May 22, and you can appreciate Danbo in collaboration with various artists.



The Danbo Cafe, where you can relax and heal just by being there, is open until the end of July. It seems that Saturdays and Sundays may be lined up depending on the time of day, so it is recommended to go on weekdays if possible.
