There is no narration on the CD, and the sound of being recorded in the remote deep forests and plateaus of Nagano Prefecture is so real that the scene comes to mind. The location and wild birds vary from track to track, but personally, the "Forest Rain" track is the most relaxing. If you listen to it during a break, you may inadvertently fall asleep.


The book also includes explanations of wild birds appearing on the CD and introductions to bird watching spots, making it a very good value book. Next year is the year of the rooster, so it might be a good idea to deepen your knowledge of birds.
