"MUJI Yurakucho", the world flagship store of "MUJI", will be reopened on July 28th. The floor space has been increased to the loft space that was previously next door, making it possible to enjoy shopping more spaciously (the loft has moved to Ginza Loft).
A new fruit and vegetable section has been set up in the expanded space on the first floor. We mainly sell specialty vegetables such as corn, tomatoes, and peppers, traditional vegetables from Tokyo, and seasonal fruits.
The author who visited on the opening day got the morning corn from Minamiboso. It's outstandingly fresh, and even if you eat it "raw", it's fresh and sweet! * The assortment of fruits and vegetables varies depending on the season and weather.
In addition, we have a lineup of about 300 selected grocery items such as seasonings that go well with vegetables and sweets centered on vegetables. It seems that you will get a hint to enjoy the vegetables you bought.
At the take-out corner, you can purchase freshly baked bread and coffee from "Café & Meal MUJI" on the 2nd floor, as well as vegetable soup using the vegetables sold this time. The cold corn soup made with corn was perfect for the summer because of the rich sweetness of the corn and the cold throat.
The bean paste croissant, which is said to be the most popular in the cafe, has an exquisite harmony of fragrant skin and moist bean paste. Delicatessen bread such as focaccia with plenty of crispy maitake is also highly satisfying.
In addition, there are plenty of items not found in other MUJI products, such as the actual exhibition of "MUJI's hut" and herb seedlings. The layout has changed on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so unbranded fans should definitely visit!
The store location of MUJI Yurakucho is 3-8-3 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 10:00 to 21:00.
