From the cooking home appliance brand "recolte", a new product "Raclette & Fondue Maker Melt" that you can enjoy raclette dishes and cheese fondue will be on sale from the beginning of August. The price is 5,000 yen (excluding tax).

Raclette is a mountain lodge dish where you boil the cross section of cheese over an open flame, scrape the melted part with a knife, and hang it on potatoes or bread. In Melt, the upper and lower tiers are cooked at the same time with the heater in the middle tier, and the cheese melted in the lower tier is melted on the favorite ingredients baked on the upper grill plate.


A flat plate is provided on the back of the grill plate, and a heat-resistant cocotte is also included. You can also enjoy cheese fondue, chocolate fondue, and Bagna cauda.


There are two color variations, red and beige. The main body size is about W29.5 x D10.5 x H11 cm, with a reversible plate, mini pan (2 pieces), ceramic heat-resistant cocotte (2 pieces), and a special recipe sheet.
