Pickles that look like fluffy snacks with rice and ochazuke. I've always wanted to make as much as I want because I sometimes get bored with commercial products.
One of the things I recently found and liked is the "Setouchi-produced grilled salt Asazuke salt (with sprout turnip)" sold at KALDI Coffee Farm. It is a seasoning for pickles that contains mainly high-grade grilled salt from Setouchi, mekabu, chili pepper, dried bonito extract, etc.

Cut your favorite vegetables such as cucumber and Chinese cabbage into small pieces, sprinkle with salt, and complete in about 1 hour. Even if you don't have a container for pickles, you can easily make it with a zipper bag or bowl.

While retaining the crispy texture of the vegetables, the pickles with the mellow saltiness and umami of the kado are exquisite! It's delicious because it's simple. There is almost no spiciness, so you can add pepper or yuzu peel if you like. Personally, if the amount is as shown, the salt content was a little strong, so I adjusted it, but it is also a nice point to be able to make your own pickles.

In addition to pickles, it is also recommended for cooking grilled fish. Why don't you enjoy the taste of our house with seasonal vegetables?
