KALDI perilla sauce

"Shiso Genovese" is easy because it has a refreshing taste and bright green. I tried using the "perilla sauce" I found in KALDI.

Japanese-style genovese sauce made from perilla instead of basil. Plenty of Oita prefecture's large leaves (green perilla) are combined with Spanish olive oil, salt and garlic. The price is 756 yen (tax included) with 100g (3.53oz) in a bottle.

Just put it on the pasta as it is. If you add 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of noodles to one serving, you can enjoy the refreshing flavor of the perilla leaves. It is also good that the mellowness of the oil and the umami of the garlic are effective and not too refreshing.
