A business supermarket that is holding the "Heisei Last Total Power Festival" from March to April. I found a super-discount cereal bar that costs about 50 yen per item on sale, so I checked it out.

There were two types of cereal bars, "Cranberry & Orange" and "5 Kinds of Forest Berry" from Poland "BAKALLAND". Each is 48 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below), which is much cheaper than Japanese cereal bars! This time, we will review 3 types including "Cherry & Amaranth" of the same manufacturer.


・ Cranberry & orange


There is a wide variety of main ingredients such as oatmeal, yogurt glaze, dried cranberries, dried orange peels, corn grits, and honey. The back half of the bar, which is made of the same material, is coated with yogurt glaze in white, giving it a texture similar to that of "Snickers", which pulls a string tightly when you try to break it.


It has moderate acidity and sweetness, and when you eat it carefully, you will be very satisfied with it. It seems that you can replenish energy with 166 kcal per bottle and about 30 g of carbohydrates.

・ 5 kinds of forest berries


Flavor with 5 kinds of dried berries added to almost the same composition as before. The gorgeous berry scent and jam-like sweet and sourness go well with yogurt glaze, and you can enjoy it more like sweets. The energy is 163 kcal.


・ Cherry & Amaranth


Only one type was not on sale, and the price is reasonable at 58 yen. Five types of grains, such as oats and rye, also contain frozen dried cherries and quinoa-like superfoods, amaranthus seeds, which are sugar-free and hardened with sweets such as maltitol to raise awareness. .. The energy is 112kcal.


Cherry's claim is quite strong in the aroma and modest sweetness of the grain. Because there is no coating, it is considerably lighter than others and is the closest to the image of a Japanese cereal bar.


Eating one of them is quite satisfying, so it's recommended for filling your stomach in the office or school! I can't help but imagine, "I wonder if Polish students are also biting this ..." The slightly unusual bar is worth a try.
