The Taiwan Fair has been held at KALDI Coffee Farm since April. While original products that make it easy to enjoy the feeling of Taiwan are lined up in stores one after another, we would like to introduce "Numbness Mala Meshi Sauce" that allows you to make the hottest "numbness" gourmet.



This product is a sauce for rice that is made by spicing the soup stock of pork and chicken and the taste of asari with Chinese pepper and several kinds of chili peppers. You can make it just by mixing it with a cup of hot rice (about 200g (7.05oz)).



The combination of the appetizing garlic scent and the refreshing Chinese pepper is so delicious that you can't stop eating! It may be spicy, but the taste of meat and seafood is firmly entwined with the rice, so you can be fully satisfied without the ingredients.


You can arrange it in various ways, such as serving kakuni or boiled eggs to make it gorgeous, or mixing it with tofu. If you are addicted to numbness, be sure to stock it!
