The number of warm days has increased, and lunch has become a season with some cold ones. For example, how about a pasta salad full of vegetables?
At Seijo Ishii, I found a slightly unusual soba pasta salad. I was curious, so I tried it.
Seijo Ishii Japanese Salad Soba Hijiki
Price: 459 yen (excluding tax)The main soba is mixed with sweet and spicy hijiki seaweed. On top of that, radish, green onion, brocade egg, trefoil, Japanese ginger, carrot, perilla, and fried ball are topped.
Season with the attached mentsuyu, mayonnaise, and shichimi pepper.
Harmony between soft soba and crispy vegetables and condiments. You can feel a lot of fresh texture and flavor in one bite, and it is very refreshing.
Fried balls and mayonnaise add richness, and the taste is not too refreshing and satisfying. Mayonnaise may be used for taste change in the middle without sprinkling from the beginning. Shichimi pepper is also good.
It chews vegetables, condiments, and hijiki seaweed, so it's also satisfying to eat. The weakness of soba, which tends to feel unsatisfactory after eating like a smooth drink, has been overcome. Check out the rare Japanese pasta salad and soba lovers!
