Calzone is an Italian-style hot sandwich made by wrapping fillings such as tomato and cheese in pizza dough and baking it. KALDI products are cooked in the microwave or thawed naturally and then baked in an oven toaster. After heating in the microwave, I baked it lightly with a toaster and tried to finish the surface crisply.
