From Tanita, three products such as "Body Composition Analyzer" with the motif of the popular character "Minion" have appeared. It is on sale from August 1st.

The lineup includes "body composition meter," "digital health meter," and "digital cooking scale." A popular character from the animated movie "Despicable Me" series, the mysterious creature "Minion" who loves bananas is drawn with a handwritten touch. Details of each product are as follows.

■ Body Composition Analyzer (Minion)
The measurement / display items are "weight", "body fat percentage", "BMI", and "visceral fat level". It has an A4 size thin and compact design (depth 210 mm, width 297 mm, height 25 mm) and weighs about 1.4 kg (including batteries). The power is turned on just by getting on, and the measurer is automatically identified, so you can easily check your health without operating any buttons. ■ Digital health meter (minion)
The only measurement / display item is "weight". The size is 200 mm in depth, 244 mm in width, and 33 mm in height. It weighs about 740g (26.1oz) (including batteries). It is close to B5 size and is convenient for storage and carrying. The regular price of the Tanita online shop is 4,320 yen.


■ Digital cooking scale (minion)
A simple and easy-to-use cooking scale with a weighing range of 0 to 1 kg and a minimum display of 1 g. The size is 154 mm in depth, 110 mm in width, 30 mm in height, and weighs about 211 g (including batteries). The regular price of the Tanita online shop is 2,700 yen.


In April of this year, Tanita also released a product in collaboration with the popular character "Hello Kitty." There are four types in the lineup: "Digital Health Meter", "Digital Cooking Scale", "Temperature / Humidity Meter", and "Digital Thermo-Hygrometer".
